This Cooley Equipment layout and design with Metso Minerals supplied equipment is capable of handling the highest production levels in its class. The Plant features a Metso "C: series 3055 Jaw Crusher, Metso 57" x 20'  VGF feeder with 6' of grizzley bars, Metso HP 400 Cone Crusher, Metso FS 8 x 20 TD Vibrating Screen and a Trio Self Cleaning Magnet. We have lined all the chutes with Trellex Rubber Wear Squares for noise and wear protection along with adding Trellex Belt Cleaners for a clean plant. The Nesco Dust Control system has foggers at the loading hopper, spray nozzles at all transfer points, and above and below the crushers for a dust free environment. This plant can be setup in less then one day. The Jaw Crusher, Feeder and hopper can be moved on the road by simply removing the slide out under conveyor to make strict weight limits. The Screen plant, Cone plant, Magnet Conveyor and Radial stackers are all moved individually without the need for breakdown. A hydraulic raising and lowering option is available for all chassis.
