Trellex Pulley and Roller Lagging

Slippage between the conveyor belt and the drive pulley occurs either when the friction coefficient is too low, there is insufficient tension or when the angle of wrap is too small. The least expensive and most effective method of reducing the risk of slippage is by installing the correct type of pulley lagging. Trellex Lagging is produced in a range of different thickness', rubber qualities and patterns which means that we can always offer the optimal lagging, whatever the application.

Trellex Traclag. Applied with adhesives. Available in Diamond, Herringbone or smooth patterns. Can fit most pulley types.

Trellex Griplag. Applied with self-tapping screws. Special pattern of round, conical stubs provide high coefficient of friction. Pulley does not have to be removed to install or replace.

Trellex Pulley Bars. Applied with self-tapping screws. Heavy duty, made with extra durable and long lasting rubber compound.

Trellex Impact Cradle

	A Trellex Impact Cradle, which replaces the existing idler support is the optimal construction for installation and servicing. The sides of the cradle are articulated for excellent sealing and service accessibility.
